[Received June 30—12:10 p.m.]
31. Conference today approved: (1) Turkish proposal to destroy future seizures and, (2) Yugoslav proposal to destroy seized drugs in stock when convention becomes operative.
Although proposals were made obviously in the interest of raw material producers, this delegation felt compelled to vote in favor of the principle in (1) and refrained from voting on (2).
