Mr. Atherton said that the meeting at London had been definitely set for 6 P.M. on Monday.84 The Secretary told Atherton that it should be clearly understood in London that Henderson had fully agreed to the suggestion that the Germans come to Paris first and that everyone here in Paris felt that this was desirable.
