84. Reference is made to my telegram No. 82, July 14, 6 p.m. The Belgian Government is now working out a formula for notification to the B. I. S. of provisional postponement of German payments tomorrow.

The Belgian Government has formally accepted the British invitation to the London Conference and is sending a delegation tomorrow.
