Legation’s 285, April 24, 3 p.m. Legation is telegraphing the Minister for Foreign Affairs the substance of Canton’s April 24, noon,97 and is urging upon him the importance of instructing the authorities in Kwangtung and Kiangsi to cooperate in bringing relief to foreigners in southern Kiangsi.
