796. Your 312, September 8, 6 p.m.,64 paragraph 3. Lampson showed me text of formula for Hankow, Tientsin and Canton. I did not take a copy. My recollection is that formula for Hankow and Canton was similar to that for Shanghai, while Tientsin formula was altered to cover activity at Tangku.
