Revolution in the Dominican Republic ¹

^1.Reports from the Legation in the Dominican Republic for a considerable period preceding the outbreak of the revolution indicated political unrest and the danger of revolutionary disturbances. On February 22 the Legation received definite intimation of the imminence of an outbreak.
