Sir: In continuation of my despatch No. 1430 of May 23, 1930,⁸ and as a conclusion to that and to the series of previous despatches regarding the debate in the Canadian Parliament on Bill No. 15, entitled “An Act to Amend the Export Act”, I have the honor to report that this Bill received the Royal assent, and consequently became law, at the final session of Parliament on May 30, 1930.
