115. German Legation [Minister] informs me that his Consul at Bahia reports the arrival at that port of the British cruiser Delhi. The Minister states that he has requested the Karlsruhe to stop at Bahia and has instructed it to get in touch with the Commander of the Pensacola. The American Naval Mission in Brazil hopes to be able to get in touch with the Pensacola by radio this evening.
