57. I am reliably informed that today Brazil “will enter into friendly relations” with the Governments of Argentina and Bolivia.
The attitude of the Peruvian Government towards ex-President Leguia and towards persons who have sought asylum in the Brazilian Legation in Lima will probably cause Brazil to postpone its recognition for a few days.10
