31. Ministry of Foreign Affairs officially notifies Legation that it has decided to denounce to take effect March 1st, 1930, the Provisional Commercial Agreement concluded between Roumania and the United States by an exchange of notes, dated February 26th, 1926. This is a general measure in order to enable Roumania to conclude commercial treaties with all countries based on new custom tariff. See Legation’s despatches 310 and 320, November 7th and 23rd respectively.10
