Your 33, February 25, 2 p.m. At interviews had with the President and the Acting Secretary of State I communicated to them the substance of your telegram and both expressed satisfaction and appeared to agree with your views. It is my belief that if Sandino continues to be of the same mind with regard to seeking asylum in Mexico, the matter may be expected to proceed along the lines indicated.
