310. Department’s 440, August 13, 3 p.m.15 Saw Estrada again yesterday. He sees no objection to formula Department’s 435, August 7, 5 p.m. and Embassy’s August 6, 7 p.m. He has not however been able to see President who is out of the city. We will see Estrada again tomorrow and report.
