Excellency: I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency’s note No. 2941 of May 13, 1929,84 stating that the port of Yavaros, State of Sonora, has been reopened to international traffic, and that, with the opening of the Customhouse at that place, none of the border or seacoast Customhouses, which were closed by reason of the recent insurrection, now remains closed.
In this connection the Department begs to refer to its note of May 14, 1929, touching this question.
