General Topete in conference at this office late Sunday with General Cocheu stated that he had withdrawn troops Saturday because of the fear of causing international complications by bullets falling in American territory. He stated that he will reopen his attack at once. Situation in other parts remain[s] unchanged.
Claim by Harry Baker, American citizen hurt by rebel bomb at Naco, has been settled by de facto government to his satisfaction. He has been discharged as well from local hospital.
