Barber Line representative here reports that he has sent two radio messages as follows:
- 1.
- To Freetown agent to stop captains from transporting laborers destined for Fernando Po and Libreville.
- 2.
- To principal at New York City that it is inadvisable to accept such passengers, advising of radio to agent Freetown, and suggesting that the matter be taken up by principal with the Department of State.
