483. Reference Department’s telegram 316, October 1, 6 p.m. Orally informed by Ministry for Foreign Affairs as follows:
“Authorization accorded for two months provided that during that period there shall be concluded an accord looking to cooperation between French Aéropostale and the New York, Rio, and Buenos Aires Lines and the Pan American Airways. Further the New York, Rio, Buenos Aires planes not to carry photographic apparatus nor to fly over zone of Fort de France.”
