- (1)
- The Embassy is informed that the approval by the foreign authorities concerned of a foreign loan project here is not a precedent condition for consideration of the same by the Beratungsstelle. Action by the German authorities is not affected by a reservation in the loan contract with respect to the eventual approval by foreign authorities.
- (2)
- The loan for East Prussia has not been presented to the Beratungsstelle, since it has not yet been given preliminary approval by the state government of Prussia.
