The Embassy is informed that the approval by the foreign authorities concerned of a foreign loan project here is not a precedent condition for consideration of the same by the Beratungsstelle. Action by the German authorities is not affected by a reservation in the loan contract with respect to the eventual approval by foreign authorities.
(2)
The loan for East Prussia has not been presented to the Beratungsstelle, since it has not yet been given preliminary approval by the state government of Prussia.
