Sir: I have the honor to refer to my telegram of March 27, 1929,68 and to enclose, in triplicate, a copy with translation of the judgment rendered on March 26, 1929, by the Twelfth Chamber of the Civil Tribunal of Paris68 in the suit of Princess Zizianoff versus Consul Donald F. Bigelow. It will be noted that the suit has been dismissed and the plaintiff ordered to pay the costs.
It is not known whether Princess Zizianoff will file an appeal.
