Referring to my despatches No. 2968, and 2986.76 Typhoid epidemic continues. Cream and milk shipments from western Quebec [Page 109] might spread infection to the United States. Shall I refuse invoices? Health officer in Montreal states no control of cream and milk exported. Have informed Collector of Customs, Rouses Point regarding one shipment cream today …
