12. Department’s telegram 8, March 22, 4 p.m. Am informed that Czechoslovakia is willing to reopen negotiations. Officials state that upon initiative of Czechoslovak Minister at Washington, they already have prepared a draft which is along the lines of the American-German treaty.7 Official note promised presently.
