My 453, October 5, 10 a.m. British Legation have received a telegram from British missionary near Sianfu, dated October 12th, indicating that all British and American missionaries who desired to leave are safely out of Sianfu. American military officer will not therefore proceed to Sianfu unless report proves incorrect.
