In re Lithuanian debt to the United States, Lithuanian Government inquires whether the United States Government would protest the ratification by the Lithuanian Assembly of the trade agreement with Germany which provides for the mutual cancelation of all claims arising out of the war, the German occupation, reparations and post-bellum supplies, etc. Agreement now before the Assembly. Prompt reply desired.
