Informed by British Chargé d’Affaires that, since Spanish authorities have deposited with British consul all sums which British claimed were illegally levied, King’s regulation dated June 2nd, 1923, has been issued ordering British subjects and protégés to pay tax. Netherland nationals and protégés not paying tax.
