107. Over 200 of the Carias leaders have been arrested in different parts of the country since yesterday. One Congressman was killed and another [person?] arrested by Government officers’ forces. The latter is a Justice of the Supreme Court.
It would appear that the Government’s defense has now turned out to be persecution.
Morales
