77. The President has [information?] to the effect that a revolutionary movement is being organized in different parts of the country by Gregorio Ferrara assisted by the followers of [Carias?]. The movement is scheduled to take place on the 23rd instant. Martinez Funes is also implicated and he is supposed to invade Honduras from Nicaraguan territory. The President requests that representations be made to the Nicaraguan Government for the reconcentration of Funes.
