85. My number 78, June 13, 9 a.m.3 In reply to a question by me Mr. Hord has just informed me that he intends leaving Haiti on July 12th. He then asked if he should go with me to inform President [Page 926] Borno. I informed him that I would first communicate his intention to the Department and await instructions.
