Department informed by Federal Reserve Board that Federal Reserve Bank of Boston has expressed a desire to open an agency in Habana, and if agency is established First National Bank of Boston will open a branch office in Habana. In view of present crisis Department desires expression of your opinion on matter before informing Federal Reserve Board that there is no objection to establishment of proposed agency by Bank.
