The Secretary of State to the President of the Federal Telegraph Company of Delaware (Schwerin)
Sir: The Department acknowledges the receipt of your letter of October 27, 1923,30 stating that the Federal Telegraph Company of California has assigned to the Federal Telegraph Company of Delaware all the rights and titles in the former’s contract with the Chinese Government for the erection of certain wireless stations and requesting that the American Minister at Peking be instructed to give to the Federal Telegraph Company of Delaware all appropriate diplomatic support in connection with the fulfillment of its contract with the Chinese Government.
A copy of your letter has been sent to the American Minister at Peking for his information and with instructions to render to you or your representative all appropriate diplomatic support in connection with the fulfillment of the contract above mentioned between the Federal Telegraph Company of Delaware and the Chinese Government.
