Sir: I have the honor to advise you that the National Assembly of the Far Eastern Republic at its session on November 12th., 1922 [Page 868] at Chita had unanimously voted to amalgamate with the Russian Socialist Federated Soviet Republic.
I avail myself of this occasion to express the hope of the people of the Russian Far East for a closer unity between the peoples of Russia and United States of America.
