8. In compliance with 10, March 9, 6 p.m. made the requested representations to Nicaraguan Government which showed earnest desire to cooperate with it in stopping activities of Honduranean emigrados on the border.

Have since been informed by Nicaraguan Government that Nicaraguan forces captured General Russo Sol [Rufino Solis] and 14 other Honduranean emigrados who are now concentrated.
