10. Department is informed that about 200 armed Honduranean political refugees are making depredations on Honduran border districts and have robbed towns of Paraiso, San Antonio de Flores and Duyure. Make urgent representations to Nicaraguan Government in order that it may stop the activities of this band and reconcentrate the leaders.
