75. Because of illness, not serious, which has confined President Zayas to his room since Friday last he has been unable to meet either Governor Harding or the representatives of Morgan and Company. Until conferences have been had am unable to report to the Department terms and conditions on which the loan will be offered to the public.
Official count recent elections progressing slowly but first indications that Liberals had carried all the provinces except Pinar del Bio are being confirmed as the canvass progresses.
