The British Ambassador (Geddes) to the Secretary of State

His Britannic Majesty’s Ambassador presents his compliments to the Secretary of State and has the honour, on instructions from his Government, to inform him that the following conclusions of the wireless experts on the subject of radio communication in and with China have been approved by His Majesty’s Government:—

(1)
The conclusions agreed to by the American, British, French and Japanese experts, and signed by Messrs. Walter S. Rogers, F. J. Brown, M. Girardeau, K. Yoshino and Samosukie Inada on February 4th, 1922.
(2)
The Proposed Heads of Arrangement agreed to by the British, French and Japanese experts, and signed by Messrs. F. J. Brown, M. Girardeau, K. Yoshino and Samosukie Inada on the same date.
