172. Seventh paragraph my 164 of April 24. Admiral Strauss28 sailed from Manila yesterday on Huron for Chinwangtao. U.S.S. Albany is expected at same port tomorrow noon bringing 175 officers and men to reinforce Legation Guard. This will bring strength of guard up to 525.
