1. In conversation yesterday at Foreign Office, the Minister of Foreign Affairs informally expressed Siamese support of arrangement [Page 42] for four-power agreement providing for common counsel in the solution of problems in Pacific.

Siam probably would welcome invitation to indicate diplomatic adherence to agreement if the initiative in this connection came from the Government of the United States.
