The Minister for Foreign Affairs is ready to withdraw the reply of the Peruvian Government, the translation of which was sent to you in my 96, January 19, 7 p.m. and to replace it with another one in the exact terms of the first note but omitting the words “ajustado por el gobierno de los Estados Unidos (adjusted by the Government of the United States).” Is this satisfactory? Rush reply.
