The Czechoslovak Legation to the Secretary of State
The Legation of the Czechoslovak Republic presents its compliments to The Honorable, The Secretary of State, and has the honor to inform that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Republic has, for the period of the temporary absence of the Czechoslovak Minister to the United States, Dr. Bedfich Stepanek named Dr. Alois Štangler, Counsellor of the Czechoslovak Legation in Washington, D. C., the representative of the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic in every eventual action of the United States Government in connection with the debts of the Czechoslovak Republic to the United States in the Foreign Debt Commission in the United States.
