Your B–670 of April 5. Logan is authorized to visit Italy informally in accordance with your suggestion. He should submit a separate account for his expenses which should be reasonable. Logan should be guided by the Department’s instructions to Child, who will cable them to you for confidential information of yourself and Logan.
