132. Lines remain as reported my number 127, 25th. Bolsheviks are preparing offensive and have brought up reinforcements both [Page 734] from Finnish front and from Moscow so that Red Army at present available for defense of Petrograd estimated at 100,000. British monitor now bombarding Kronstadt with fifteen-inch guns.
