[From White and Bliss.] Your 620 July 8 [18] 9 [4] PM75 with reference to your inquiry regarding attitude toward Hungarian Government we wish to inform you that the question of the future form of Government for Hungary is a concern in which the American Commission does not wish to meddle. The utmost reserve and caution should be maintained in regard to this matter. Your telegram has been repeated in full to the Department of State together with the Commission’s reply. White, Bliss.
