Does the Government of the United States approve American firms having business relations with local firms on the English-French black list as having Austrian, Bulgarian, or Turkish connections? If not, what advice can I give them as to avoiding existing contracts whose fulfillment subjects American companies to repressive measures of English and French authorities?
