Telegram received. I did err unintentionally in certain points recited in my 175 and 176. No harm has resulted in Korea. There will not be henceforth any cause for criticism. I will act according to instructions scrupulously. Affairs here quiet. The legation guard leaves on Wednesday. I will write you fully.
