Baron Fava to Mr. Gresham.

[Personal.]

My Dear Mr. Gresham:

I am in receipt of your note of this date inclosing a copy of the telegram addressed by you to his excellency the governor of Colorado, relating to the killing of Italians at Walsenburg.

In reply I hasten to inform you that a copy of said telegram will be forwarded at once to his excellency Baron Blanc, who, I am sure, will share with me the full appreciation of the course taken in this matter by the Federal Government as well as by the governor of Colorado.

With my personal thanks for your kind communication, I remain, etc.,

Fava.
