The Acting Secretary of State has the honor to lay before the
President copies of dispatches from our minister at Honolulu, Nos.
57 and 58, dated May 31 and June 2, 1894, respectively, in regard to
the meeting of the constitutional convention and proposed
constitution for the Hawaiian Islands.
