12. Editorial Note
The Fourteenth Session of the Ministerial Council of the Central Treaty Organization (CENTO) was held in Ankara, April 20-21, 1966. The session was attended by Foreign Minister Abbas Aram of Iran, Foreign Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto of Pakistan, Foreign Minister Ihsan Sabri Caglayangil of Turkey, Foreign Secretary Michael Stewart of the United Kingdom, and Secretary of State Rusk.
