Requests are camouflaged as “expense” (in vastly excessive amounts) for negotiating delegation or, on the part of one cabinet minister, as required to purchase property in France for “retirement”.

Although not surprised French deplore this evidence of Vietnamese “patriots” leaving sinking ship.
