Editorial Note

Secretary of State Acheson on October 17, 1951, and the Indian Ambassador to the United States, B. R. Sen, on March 26, 1952, signed and thereby brought into force on March 26, 1952, an agreement providing for duty-free entry into India and free inland transportation therein of relief supplies and packages. This agreement was signed by the United States and India as an application of the agreement pertaining to the same items which had been entered into force on July 9, 1951 (TIAS No. 2291, 2 UST (pt. 2) 1483).
