1447. Dept forwarded Tsingtao’s 144, Sept. 23¹⁸ sent Nanking as 274 to Secretary Air Force for comment. He replied¹⁹ “no truth whatever” in statement first para Tsingtao telegram (ur 1767, Sept. 27²⁰).
