Informed by Hopei Provincial Governor21 that Nationalists withdrawn from: Tungchow, Lianghsiang, Fangshan and that situation vicinity Shihchingshan (source Peiping power supply) and west airfield unstable. He also stated Nationalists withdrawn Fengtai (rail junction immediately south Peiping) although Vice CG22 Kuo Tsung-fen, North China Bandit Suppression Headquarters, had informed earlier Fengtai still held though by small force.
