The Secretary of State to Certain Diplomatic Representatives in the American Republics 6

On September 11, 1947, the Inter-American Coffee Board passed a motion recommending the continuation of the Inter-American Coffee [Page 160] Agreement for one year beginning October 1, 1947.7 Protocol for continuation is the same as Enclosure No. 3 to Instruction to United States Delegate to the Inter-American Coffee Board8 with minor changes. Copies of this instruction were sent by transmittal slips in August to Embassies receiving this airgram.
